Halifax Estate Agents have published their UK property hotspot statistics showing the top 10 towns in Britain for housing price growth in 2007 and making predictions for 2008. In general terms they predict zero house price growth in Britain for 2008 with regionally, small gains in southern England and Scotland and a modest fall in prices in northern England and the midlands.
